From one farm, start to finish

Most hemp oil sold for pets is blended from extract bought on the open market and bottled by someone who has never seen the field it came from. Pleasant Pet Oil™ is not made that way.

Grown

The hemp is grown at Fingerboard Farm, 10240 Fingerboard Road, Ijamsville, Maryland, on one of the state's earliest licensed hemp farms. It is cultivated without pesticides or herbicides.

Formulated

Extraction and formulation happen at the farm. The oil is broad-spectrum, blended with organic cold-pressed hemp seed oil, sunflower lecithin, and a proprietary terpene blend. Nothing else goes in.

Bottled

Bottled in 1 fl oz (30 mL) amber glass with a calibrated dropper, at 300 mg per bottle, which is 10 mg per mL. Every batch carries a lot number.

Tested

Each batch goes to an independent laboratory for a full cannabinoid profile and a contaminant screen. The report is posted by lot number on the Lab Results page.

Why single origin matters

When one farm does all of it, there is a straight line from the ground to the bottle, and every question about that line has an answer. Where was it grown. What is in it. Who tested it. That is the whole reason this product exists.

All hemp-derived products distributed by Fingerboard Farm are compliant with the Farm Bill of 2018 and contain no more than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
